Just did my first order using Four. It went amazingly smooth. I just wanted to add I've been with Four almost a year & I've made multiple different purchases. All but one went smoothly & approved in seconds. I'm not sure why the one didn't go through but I was able to make a new one next day. Im just curious why I had a higher limit til update on app & it went back down. It's ok cuz I stay well below my limit. Thanks Four!

It said I was approved for a specific amount, but when I tried to buy something, it says it can't complete the order. It doesn't matter the amount either. could be $50 or $100, or it could be right under the max they said I was approved for. No amount works. I also tried upgrading to their + option but that didn't work either. Despite all the positive reviews, this is just plain broken. BYE!

New review. The app is great when it works, but their customer service is the worst! It takes ages for anyone to answer you, and that is after fighting with their AI chatbot to actually be able to ask for a human. If something doesn't work, you get an obviously prerecorded answer that the "matter is being escalated," but it's not, and nothing ever gets fixed. Great, if the option you need works, but if not, you are SOL. If something on the app is broken, it just stays broken and they don't care.
