The app is clunky and laggy. The interface isn't very intuitive and is more form than function. Also, it seems that recently they have started severely compressing images that are sent from my phone to group chats via the app. I understand compressing images, but the amount they are compressing is ridiculous. This isn't the 90s with Dial-Up internet and limited disk space. There is no need to compress images to the point they look like blurry pixelated garbage. Also, upgrade your servers!

I love using this app. But today, it notified me over 9 times that one game on my wish list is on sale. Even if I swiped the notification off my screen, and also went into the app to look at the notification, it continues to notify me that the game is on sale. Please fix this! I'm tired of hearing my phone go off 5 times an hour with notifications I've already seen

I only use Playstation app for the captures so I can clip stuff and make youtube vids and tiktoks, but every single time I go into captures, it loads like 20 vids then crashes, and I mean my whole phone freezes to the point where I have to turn it off and on, I've done everything google said to fix it and nothings worked, I've even un-installed and reinstalled it like 5 times, and guess what, it didn't work. lame ash 💔💔💔
